It’s exactly the time for a sugar crash, but I’m worried about having gained weight throughout the trip, so I held back on dessert and poured in plenty of Monk Choux’s Allulose Vanilla Bean Syrup, which is packed with real vanilla beans, to make an iced vanilla latte.
