This used to be a small room before I moved in. I really wanted to install a flat platform, but since it was a small room, I hesitated, worrying it might make the space look even smaller. But I felt like I would regret it if I didn't do it, so I went ahead, and I'm extremely satisfied with the result. There used to be a storage room inside the platform, but I removed the door and connected the platform to create a hideout space for the kids inside.
