Today is Side Dish Day🎵 My husband is on vacation starting tomorrow, so I prepared some side dishes in advance today. My husband has knee surgery this summer, so we can't go on a trip. He will be staying home for a while after the surgery. Since his hospitalization is only 1 night and 2 days, I made the side dishes in advance and put them in the refrigerator so we can at least eat comfortably once we get home. From lotus root salad with perilla seeds and rolled omelets to braised tofu and beef radish soup...
