#리모델링하다생긴일 The Great Transformation of a Small Master Bedroom Powder Room! Removal of the vanity and Transformation into a Custom Wardrobe + Mini Vanity Drawer Unit (feat. Arch Door & Stainless Steel Handles) Previously, a large vanity was installed along with a wide square entrance as a standard feature of the apartment. However, since I rarely use the vanity, I always felt that this space was being wasted and inefficient. (The first photo is the before picture!) So, I boldly removed the existing vanity and proceeded with the installation of custom furniture that maximizes storage capacity to perfectly suit my lifestyle, along with carpentry work for the entrance. 1. An Emotional Arched Entrance I changed the existing angular and wide entrance into a soft arched gate. Thanks to the unique cozy and luxurious mood created by the curves, the atmosphere of the master bedroom has become even more sophisticated. I am truly satisfied because it also gives the feeling of naturally separating the space! 2. The Perfect Combination of '50cm Wardrobe + 40cm Vanity' That Blew Away Worries Since the space wasn't very wide, I was really worried that installing new furniture might make it look cramped. The interior design company proposed a very smart way to divide the space. Custom Wardrobe (50cm): Made with a generous width, it allows me to neatly store the clothes I wear frequently. Thanks to this, the closet space has become incredibly spacious! Mini Drawer Vanity (40cm): Matching my preference of not using a vanity often, I kept the top section simple and empty as an open mini space, while installing a 4-drawer unit underneath. It is perfect for neatly concealing and storing frequently used skincare products and small items. 3. Stainless Steel Handles Adding a Modern Touch I installed clean and sophisticated silver stainless steel handles on the closet doors! They serve as a chic accent to the white built-in closet, which could have otherwise looked a bit plain, and they look so pretty every time I see them. They have a great grip and are much easier to open and close.🤍 Overall Review: A 1000% Satisfying Space Rebirth By matching the overall tone to white and adding soft recessed lighting, the small space actually looks visually much wider and brighter. Removing the standard vanity that didn't suit me and increasing the closet storage was truly the best decision.
