The site manager had instructed the workers to wait until after 9:00 AM for any noisy work, but it seems this was not followed on site. As soon as I found out about the situation, I informed the site manager, who also issued a strong warning once again. We have now taken firm measures to ensure that absolutely no noisy work is allowed before 9:00 AM. I wrote a handwritten letter to express my sincere gratitude and delivered it to my neighbors.
