It's been a while since I last posted... It seems my long rest paid off, as I feel much freer in both body and mind.😌 Recently, I went to Nha Trang with my family. There are many cafes in Vietnam that brew coffee using a filter called a "coffee phin," so I bought one myself during my trip.🤍 I usually extract espresso from beans, but when I brewed them using the coffee phin filter, the aroma was completely different, even with the same beans!
