This is one of the spaces I use most often in my home. It isn't a grand home café, but it is a space I have gradually filled with the hope that the time spent brewing coffee would be a little more comfortable. I keep the cups I use frequently within easy reach, and I have organized the dripper and server so they are visible at a glance. Turning on a small light makes the atmosphere much warmer even at night, and the time spent drinking a cup of coffee has naturally become a time to rest from the day. I think the desire to linger here often comes before a large space when it comes to a home café. Today, I record the space where my heart lingers.
