#중문시공이야기 #현관중문 #콘수프기록집 The black-framed interior door that changed the atmosphere of our home 🖤 When we moved, I really wanted to install an entrance door. I didn't want the inside of the house to be immediately visible when opening the front door, and I wanted to naturally separate the living room and the entrance area. We installed a black-framed sliding interior door in our home. 🚪 Since it doesn't require a separate radius when opening and closing the door, we can use the entrance space neatly and spaciously, and I liked that the black frame contrasts with the white walls making it a focal point in the space. When choosing the door, I agonized over the glass selection just as much as the frame. Completely transparent glass felt a bit overwhelming because it would be immediately visible, but I didn't want it to look stuffy or blocked off. So, I chose patterned glass that allows light to pass through while blocking the view just enough. ✨️ I liked that, thanks to the subtly translucent texture, it separates the entrance from the inside of the house without looking cramped. Now that I’ve actually lived here, I realize that simply having a middle door makes a huge difference. It clearly separates the entrance from the interior, making the house feel much more organized when I come inside. 🏠 The glass, in particular, has a beautiful texture when viewed up close, so along with the black frame, it is one of my favorite accent pieces in our home. 🤍
