Do you know Goesan, Chungbuk? 🌿 We have recently opened a small restaurant in downtown Goesan. Is there anyone here who knows Goesan? ☺️ It is a place my husband and I have frequented for a long time. It is a place we visit to enjoy nature, whether it is to eat at our favorite restaurants or to take a walk through the quiet neighborhood. Then, a truly wonderful opportunity arose, so we took over a small space in downtown Goesan and are currently refurbishing it into our own restaurant. The name is Letter From Table. From the moment we first encountered the space, we spent a great deal of thought thinking about what kind of atmosphere we wanted to create. Rather than a large and flashy space, we wanted to create a place where wood, warm colors, green plants, and small decorative items harmonize, and where you can sit comfortably for a long time. We are still in the preparation stage, so we need to bring in potted plants and there are many other things to get ready, but that is why it is a space I am growing more and more attached to💚 We are also working hard on testing out our food :) On August 20th, we plan to cautiously open our doors for the first time in downtown Goesan. Whether you are familiar with Goesan, visit occasionally, or simply happened to like this space by chance, even though it is still unfinished, if looking at the photos makes you think, "I want to visit here," I would be truly happy! I will record the stories of the food we will create here and the space itself, one by one.
