#리모델링하다생긴일 Must-check before the interior finishing!! When you do semi-DIY interior work, your mind really gets clouded by the time you get close to finishing. But the most fatal mistake I made was this: 👉 Not knowing that silicone work is done separately for each stage of the process. Window frames → Silicone applied by the window frame worker Bathroom ceiling → Silicone again Flooring → Silicone again Furniture → Silicone again Marble → Silicone again Glass → Silicone again… Since all of this is done separately, if you don't say anything, 👉 it all gets standardized to "white silicone." As a result… 👉 The colors clash 👉 Some parts are too thick 👉 Some parts are crooked 👉 The overall finish falls apart (Seriously, everything falls apart right here after you've finished everything…) ⸻ So, if you're doing a semi-DIY project, you absolutely must remember this (Even if it's a turnkey project, make sure to address this part!!) ✔ When choosing material colors 👉 Consider the silicone color as well There are so many different colors these days. If you match the wallpaper and film to beige tones, but then apply white silicone, the silicone just stands out awkwardly ㅠㅠ When two colors are mixed, matching the color to the darker tone looked a bit cleaner! ✔ At every stage 👉 Make sure to say, “Please use this color.” ✔ If possible 👉 Have one person handle the entire finishing work (The key is to minimize skill disparities!!)
