When Hanji lanterns started catching my eye, I wondered, "What is the best combination that is super cost-effective, convenient to turn on and off, and doesn't require any additional installation?" After much deliberation, I found the best combination! Actually, I think it is the best combination for me. First, when installing Hanji lanterns: 1. There are so many Hanji brands. I looked around at IKEA and examined various places, but I just thought that as long as the Hanji doesn't tear easily, that's fine. However, regarding the size, the larger it definitely looks, the prettier it is. 2. Choosing the lighting. I highly recommend remote-controlled lighting! I've used a lot of battery-powered lights, but changing the batteries is a total hassle lol. Rechargeable ones last longer than you'd expect, unless you leave them on all the time. Also, since the bulb is a hook type, I just hung it on the frame of the Hanji lantern. I also hate the marks left by pushpins, so I tied it to the existing wall light, and it's still hanging securely. My satisfaction level has skyrocketed since installing the Hanji lantern.
