<Truffle Cream Gnocchi & Wine> Today, I had a glass of wine with truffle cream gnocchi 🍷 Personally, I don't like gnocchi that is chewy like rice cakes, but with a texture that is crispy on the outside and somewhere between crunchy and sticky on the inside, and accompanied by béchamel cream sauce and truffle carpaccio, I had the most satisfying gnocchi I’ve had in a while!
