This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #OhgamReview program. The Monotail Steam Glass Tray allows you to handle everything from ingredient preparation and storage to plating all at once when cooking! Normally, I used to prepare ingredients by dividing them into multiple plates, which resulted in a lot of dishwashing and made organizing the refrigerator a hassle. However, using this glass tray has made things much easier. The tray I used was the Steam Glass Tray with a glass lid, and I love that it works in both the oven and the microwave. I used one in an oven air fryer to make herb-roasted vegetables with vegetables and sausages, and the other in the microwave to make pork and cabbage shumai. I particularly liked that the glass lid allows me to refrigerate leftovers and reheat them in the microwave. The steam holes keep food moist, and since I don't have to transfer the contents to a separate container, it reduces the amount of dishwashing. Made of heat-resistant glass with a temperature range of -20℃ to 560℃, it can be used for a wide variety of purposes, including refrigeration and freezing, as well as microwaves, ovens, and air fryers. It can also be used for baking, making it a perfect fit for those who enjoy a home café experience. I used to think glass products were heavy, but it wasn't as burdensome to take out or move as I expected. Above all, because it is transparent glass, food looks cleaner and prettier, giving the impression of a beautifully plated dish even when placed directly on the table. The pastel colors are subtle, so they don't detract from the atmosphere when placed alongside food; instead, they seem to enhance the beauty of the dining table. It is easy to clean after use, and I was satisfied that it doesn't take up much space when stored thanks to its stackable structure.
