Now that I’ve moved and almost finished unpacking, the housewarming party has officially begun! 🥳 Coincidentally, my practical class for the Japanese Cuisine Certification has just finished, and since the exam is the week after next, I prepared the party using the assignments from the practical course. I applied what I learned at the academy to everything from Futomaki, Salmon Sushi, Buckwheat Soba, Seasoned Cuttlefish with Pollock Roe, Rolled Egg, and Grilled Beef in Soy Sauce. Japanese cooking is time-consuming and challenging, but I feel so proud now that it's finished 🤗 The 5 weeks of Japanese cooking classes were so much fun, but I’m glad to have learned secrets for Japanese table settings that I can keep using in the future.
