Today's Brunch: Croissant Sandwich 🥐 Slice the croissant in half and lightly toast it in a pan. Spread some raspberry jam on it, then top it with two slices of Jambon ham, arugula, and an apple – that's it! I made it simply, but as expected, this combination is impossible to dislike... 💛 It was sweet, salty, and crunchy, so it was incredibly delicious :) Now that I've actually made it, it looks just like a house...
