After using the small-sized Staub Cocotte, I found it to be quite versatile, much better than I expected🖤 At first, I wondered if it was too small, but it’s great for serving single portions or simple side dishes. It’s also perfect for making dishes like steamed eggs, cheese, or corn cheese and serving them directly on the table. Above all, perhaps because of its small size, it looks cute while cooking, and when placed on the table, it feels like a beautiful decorative object in itself🤎 I also liked the characteristic substantial weight of Staub and how well it keeps food warm for a long time. It isn't a product that allows you to do all sorts of things like a large pot, but it is an item I reach for very often when I want to plate small dishes beautifully.
