In the middle of summer, standing in front of the stove for a long time can feel a bit burdensome, right? 🍑 So today, I made a cool and simple summer dessert using seasonal nectarines and burrata cheese. I sliced the sweet and sour nectarines into bite-sized pieces with the skin on, and placed chilled burrata cheese in the center of the plate. Add basil or baby greens to the garnish, drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil, and it's done! 🍑 Nectarine Burrata Salad <Ingredients> * 1-2 nectarines * 1 burrata cheese * 2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil * Basil or baby greens * A pinch of salt * A little pepper <Instructions> 1. Wash the nectarines thoroughly and slice them into wedge shapes with the skin on. 2. Place the burrata cheese in the center of the plate and arrange the nectarines around it. 3. Place basil or baby greens in between. 4. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil generously over the peaches and cheese. 5. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, and you're done! If the peaches are sweet enough, it is clean and delicious with just olive oil and salt, without any additional sauce. If you slightly split the burrata open and eat the soft cream and nectarines together, the sweet and nutty flavors complement each other perfectly. Since it requires no heat and can be made in just 10 minutes, it is the perfect combination for a hot summer snack or a home café menu item. #MidsummerDessert #천도복숭아 #복숭아디저트 #부라타치즈 #부라타샐러드 #엑스트라버진올리브오일 #홈카페 #여름디저트 #콘수프기록집 #맞팔
