#콘수프기록집 #리모델링하다생긴일 As a space designer by profession, I know that all sorts of things can happen during remodeling. So, thinking that I needed to supervise meticulously, I went around checking on things every day. It was the day the flooring was supposed to arrive, but for some reason, it was quiet at the site, with not a single call coming in. Then, in the afternoon, just as I was about to go take a look at the finished flooring out of curiosity, I received a phone call! They told me that although the original flooring we intended to install had arrived in full stock, the manufacturing dates were different, so there was a difference in tone when they started laying it. If I hadn't been so meticulous, I might have just glossed over it. Thankfully, the construction company discovered this in advance, prepared an alternative, and contacted me after selecting (in stock) flooring to replace the existing finish. Seeing it in person, it felt a bit more luxurious than the existing products, and I liked the tone, so I decided on the spot! Fortunately, the product I liked was even in stock, which was such a relief, but if even this hadn't been out of stock... what would have happened..? 😳 Hahaha. If you are planning a remodel, I recommend going around inspecting things thoroughly every day, even if it is a hassle!
