A home with a child, the Nth change to the living room 😵‍💫 This time, instead of placing the modular sofa in a straight line, I placed a chest of drawers between the sofas in an L-shape. This naturally divided the space, creating a small hideout just for the child in one corner of the living room. I also moved the play kitchen from the child's room to the hideout, and now the child spends more time playing pretend here. (Now the child wants a door put up for the hideout…😭) On the opposite side, I placed a bookshelf and a desk. Since the child reads books often and loves drawing, it is an essential space in the living room. In the hallway, I placed a magnetic board to create a small exhibition space where the child can freely scribble or stick up drawings and artwork as they pass by!
