I switched to a rug to create a cool vibe~ The space, which used to look a bit dark, has brightened up. Blue tones give a visually refreshing feeling, so they are colors often used in the summer. I used to use a microfiber rug, but switching to polyester, the texture definitely feels cooler! The subtle pastel colors give it a soft, fluffy feel, and since it doesn't feel heavy, it's perfect as a summer rug. I clean dust and hair using a lint roller or vacuum, and since it's a washable rug, I can machine wash it. It's easy to maintain because I just have to put it in the washing machine. It's a large rug, so it completely covers up the unsightly linoleum flooring in the attic, which is great! Just changing the rug can transform the atmosphere of a room. Replacing it every season gives a fresh feeling. The price is quite reasonable for a large rug, so I really like it.
