The same was true for the kitchen. Even if they look like the same kitchen, the cost and the quality of the finished product differ depending on how the detailed specifications are determined, ranging from the thickness of the countertops to the rails, hoods, and lighting. So, in this post, I have summarized the things I learned while doing the construction myself that I wish I had checked in advance when receiving the quote.
