I started with just a rough budget, but as I picked out what I wanted, changed things one by one, and even fixed unexpected areas, I realized that the initial estimate I received wasn't the final amount. So this time, I organized the costs based on the actual amount I paid, rather than the amount written on the contract. Total: 17,463,656 KRW. This figure excludes the cost of windows and bathrooms. Since some work was outsourced to a contractor all at once, and others were products I personally found and purchased separately, I hope this will be somewhat helpful for those preparing for a remodeling project when setting their budget, as it shows, "This is how much it actually costs for this level of work." Also, now that the construction is finished, I found that there is a clear distinction between what I thought was a must-do at the time and what I think was worth spending more money on. I'll list them one by one :)
