From the ribeye with its savory marbling, to the tenderloin with a richer meaty flavor the more you chew, to the Chateaubriand with its charmingly soft grain... The ribeye, in particular... wow... it melted the moment I put it in my mouth. They say it undergoes super wet aging to be even more tender and flavorful. Since it is individually vacuum-packed and can be refrigerated for up to two weeks, I think it would be perfect for preparing a delicious meal for special occasions or family gatherings! I was wondering how to eat the caviar I received as a gift that was in the refrigerator, so I tried eating it with beef. The added salty flavor really brought the taste of the meat to life.
