For the kitchen and living room, the heart of the home, I arranged the furniture centering on ivory and light tones. Actually, I prefer interiors with dark tones and accent colors, so I wanted a black leather sofa or a black dining table. However, I chose a light tone overall to make the house look more spacious. Instead, I selected a sofa in a reasonable price range so that I could easily change the furniture if my taste changed. I also like that the sofa I am currently using is modular, allowing me to rearrange it however I want. I usually use the basic layout with all the modules connected, but I sometimes switch it to a square shape when watching movies 🎬 I chose light tones for the larger furniture and selected a black solid wood sofa table. It is sturdy and spacious, so it is a space I visit often for quick meals or work. I chose a 6-seater ceramic dining table. I find it easy to maintain because I don't have to worry as much about stains if I spill food or drinks, and I feel less burdened when placing hot dishes on it. Since the tone is similar to the colors of the kitchen island and the refrigerator, I think the entire space blends in naturally.
