I use the multi-purpose cleaning wipes well to wipe down kitchen islands, stovetops, and utensils while doing kitchen work. The multi-purpose disinfectant I recently bought was quite innovative. The principle is that germs turn into water when they come into contact with this disinfectant. It has no added fragrance, so I feel safe just wiping and letting it dry.
