I highly recommend this if you live in a 24-pyeong apartment lacking storage space. I’ll share the unexpected challenges I faced while building the Wallflex myself, as well as some essential tips you must check🙌 1️⃣ Check the conditions of the wall you will be installing it on first. I originally wanted to install it on the wall where the wall pad is located. However, I heard that relocating the wall pad would render some smart functions unusable, so I eventually decided to install it on the opposite wall🥲 Once you have decided on the wall, make sure to take measurements, check the location of electrical outlets and potential interference with the surroundings, and finalize the dimensions! My Wallflex was made with a width of 400mm. 2️⃣ Check All Doors Once Installation Is Complete You absolutely cannot tell just by looking at it 👀 Once installation is finished, open every cabinet door one by one all the way! We didn't check at first because it looked fine, but later we found that every time we opened a door, it interfered with the ceiling molding, causing the door to keep scraping against it 😭 The sooner you discover such installation defects, the easier they are to repair, so I highly recommend checking them immediately after installation. 3️⃣ Don't Just Check Outlet Locations, Check Internal Drilling In our house, the existing outlet was located in the center of the wall unit. We used this outlet as our main outlet, so we had to run the wires all the way to the leftmost cabinet. However, since the cabinet is divided into multiple sections, you must also check if there are holes drilled between the cabinets for the wires to pass through! It's easy to think that as long as the outlet locations are right, that's it, but the key point is to plan the outlet positions and internal drilling locations together, considering exactly where and how you will use the electricity.💡 Since Wallflex is difficult to replace once it's made, I think it's really important to check everything meticulously during the actual measurements, even if it's a bit of a hassle. But if I were to move again? I think I would go with Wallflex again.🤍
