I think that the more I see an item every day, the more I consider its design just as important as its function. That is why I was a bit more careful when choosing a basket to hold my fruit. The ones I use are stainless steel baskets from Alessi and Georg Jensen. When filled with fruit, they look like art objects in themselves, so simply placing them on the kitchen counter or dining table makes the space look quite elegant. 🍎 I love that the design doesn't go out of style, and it's great for holding not only fruit but also bread or frequently used small items. Most importantly, I like that I don't get tired of using them for a long time. If it is an essential item, I choose one that I can keep and love for a long time rather than using it briefly and then replacing it.
