I overcome this by first slightly altering the house's structure by rearranging the furniture, changing the placement of decorative items, or adding a fresh touch to the space by placing pretty items. The living room, in particular, sees the most changes :) Sometimes I put a sofa in the living room, and other times I put a dining table there, and I try swapping the positions of the table and sofa around.
