The oval dome plate that I occasionally saw on my Instagram friends' feeds. I’m finally getting to try it out myself ☺️ It looks much prettier in person than in the photos, with a radiant glow, so just placing it on the table makes for a subtle focal point. It’s practical because you can store desserts neatly by placing them on the tray and then covering them with the dome. In particular, you can flip the dome over to use it like a bowl, or fill it with ice to chill drinks or wine, so it’s great to have just one for various uses. I tried plating homemade castella cake topped with whipped cream and fruit, and it really created a home café vibe.
