#콘수프기록 When you hear the word "pepper," you probably think of the strong-scented Western peppermint, but native Korean peppermint leaves have a very mild aroma and taste, so I highly recommend them to those who don't like mint (like me). I made milk tea using these native peppermint leaves :) Making Peppermint Milk Tea ˖˚ ͙ෆ 1. Add Assam tea leaves (round rolled CTC form, 1 tablespoon) to about 300ml of milk and boil. 2. When the milk starts to turn milk tea color, add the peppermint leaves and boil. 3. Add 2 teaspoons of unrefined sugar; adjust the sweetness to your liking. 4. Boil while repeatedly lifting and lowering the pan to prevent the foam from overflowing. 5. Strain through a strainer and drink. Since it is boiled in milk, the peppermint leaf scent does not infuse strongly, but perhaps because of that, it is not off-putting at all, with just a refreshing aftertaste. I tried it and it was actually pretty good, so I want to experiment with the recipe more💃 #CornSoupRecord #DailyLife #일상공유 #일상기록 #집기록 #밀크티 #박하밀크티 #홈카페 #홈메이드
