The tableware set I encountered this time was exactly the same! While matte dishes are indeed beautiful, one drawback was that they tend to leave scratches on the metal easily, requiring careful maintenance. However, the Heriter Gyeol Series Korean tableware combines the advantages of both by applying a matte glaze with a textured exterior to the outside, and a glossy glaze to the inside where food touches, making it easier to maintain. **It combines the best of both worlds into one.** Inspired by the neat proportions and the angular shape of the base of Joseon white porcelain square bottles, the natural flow of the glaze is fully captured in the exterior. Breaking away from rigid, standardized forms, it first gently soothes the heart of the person sitting at the table.
