When steaming in the microwave, the gaps between the curves release unnecessary steam, ensuring the rice cooks perfectly without becoming mushy.😉 I also use it when marinating bulgogi; you know how there is often leftover sauce after grilling? In this case, you can simply cover it with the tray like a lid and put it directly into the refrigerator. It reduces the need to take out plastic wrap or storage containers, which I found really convenient. Plus, since it is made of BPA-FREE material that withstands up to 140 degrees, you can pour boiled noodles directly into it, rinse them in cold water, and mix them right away in the bowl to make bibim guksu—that's it!
