Rehearsal Pizza Before the Birthday Party˚ ◌ ͙🍕˚ Children's Birthday🎂 Before inviting friends over for the birthday party, I tried making pizza first as a rehearsal before the dinosaur friends(?) gathered 🍕 Spread tomato sauce on the wood-fired dough, and top it with plenty of cheese and pepperoni, and you're all set :) This time, I baked it using the SMEG Real Combi Oven COF01. Utilizing the Real Steam function, I tried the combi cooking method that uses steam and hot air together, and the edges of the pizza turned golden brown, and the dough baked to be moist and chewy—it was delicious ♡ It uses a dial control, so it's not difficult to operate, and it's very versatile because you can do not only pizza but also various other dishes and baking with just one oven.
