Do the grout lines in my house look okay from a distance...? I proceeded with the interior renovation at a company on Today's House Interior that had great reviews and accommodated my quote as closely as possible. Originally, I was debating between a turnkey plan and a semi-finished home, but due to childbirth immediately after moving in, I ended up going with a turnkey plan. It has only been about three months since the renovation, but I am upset because I am seeing various things that are bothering me. 😢 The first issue was the grout lines! During the initial design meeting, we planned to use a product (Ardex) for the grouting that is better for mold control than white cement. We were also asked to choose a color, so I selected ivory. After the work was finished, I looked at the grout in the bathroom and kitchen, and it was patchy; some parts were white, while others were brown. They came to fix it twice, but since it is mixed by hand, they said color variations were unavoidable. In the end, they even gave me the grout materials before leaving... (⌒‐⌒) After looking around, I found that color discrepancies with Ardex grout are quite common. I recommend entrusting the job to a truly professional company, or if you dislike color discrepancies, I recommend using a different type of grout. #ThingsHappenedDuringRemodeling #줄눈 #아덱스 #주방 #화장실 #주방인테리어 #화장실인테리어 #욕실인테리어 #인테리어후기 #인테리어주의사항
