But because of that peculiar exotic feel, I keep using the Japanese Kamado-Sang pots. I suppose from the perspective of Japan or China, a traditional Ttukbaegi designed in Korea would look exotic, right? Anyway, that's just how I feel. Besides, since today is Mapo Tofu, I wanted to capture that atmosphere a bit more. Sichuan-style #MapoTofu, boiled hot in a Ttukbaegi, is commonly eaten in Japan.
