As I organize the kitchen in our new home, I’ve really come to realize these days that housekeeping is all about having the right equipment. Since I had to take out several bowls and plates every time I prepared ingredients, my small countertop quickly became cluttered! (Watching the dishes pile up would completely interrupt my cooking flow...👩🏻‍🍳) I debated whether I really needed to get a tray, but I finally bought a stainless steel one, and it has completely changed the workflow in my kitchen!
