Something you absolutely must turn on along with the air conditioner in the living room during the summer! When summer comes, I naturally reach for the ceiling fan as well as the air conditioner. Since the living room and kitchen are connected, I tend to run the ceiling fan slowly to prevent the air conditioner's breeze from lingering in just one spot. It feels much more comfortable even without lowering the temperature too much :) I initially installed it hoping for an interior design effect, but after actually living with it, it has become one of the appliances I use most often in the summer haha.
