The complaint from the downstairs neighbor a month ago... I thought it was over, but who knew a second round would come...😭 It was about a month after we started our interior renovation, and my heart sank when I received a screenshot of a noise complaint posted by the downstairs neighbor. So, after that, I strongly urged the contractor to absolutely not make any noise before 9 PM, and we even verified that. But exactly a month later, when I heard that another complaint had been filed, my mind went blank. According to the site manager, the workers didn't go inside before 8:30 PM and only prepared before 9 PM, not doing any noisy work. We were clearly convinced we were following the rules, so I was at a loss because both sides had conflicting accounts. I immediately posted an apology comment, and the next day, I went in person and sat in front of their door for an hour and a half. Only one person doing the film came up around 8 PM, but after talking to them nicely, they returned at 9 PM. Since the next day, we have been registering the workers' vehicles after 8:30 PM. (I should have done this sooner...
