It's wallpaper, but it has a paint and concrete look, so it's so pretty. Since the wallpaper is delivered with adhesive already applied, it's not a hassle, and if you use all-purpose adhesive, you can use it without removing the existing wallpaper. Just so you know, this is not a removable product! As for the wall shelf I waited 4 months for, one shelf is defective, so I have to wait another month, but it's already so pretty.
