Traction Device X The Scrack: A Crazy Collaboration(?) I was diagnosed with a herniated cervical disc and told to wear a traction device during daily activities ^_ㅠ. I was curious, "Can I actually exercise while wearing this?" Since I happen to have a home gym, I gave it a try myself...
