I eat the Chocolate Churros flavor by the bag like a snack, while I tend to put the Original on top of a yogurt bowl. Since it contains nuts and seeds, the nutty and sweet flavors go really well with the yogurt 🌰 One bag is 45g, so it's easy to grab a quick bite, and since it contains 10g of protein, it's great to grab one to eat instead of snacks when you're feeling a bit peckish.
