#리모델링하다생긴일 The spot where the refrigerator goes in our house was originally silver, with a metallic taste... an interior(?) concept. I knew it was a standard option, but the shock I felt when I actually saw it was immense, haha. I immediately called a professional from Soomx after checking reviews, but the person who actually came was an employee, not the owner(?). I assumed it was a sole proprietorship since it was Soomx... lol. That was the first problem, haha. Since we're a dual-income couple, I assumed they would have done a good job with the #필름시공, but when I checked the next day, there were bubbles!!! Honestly, I could have done a better job doing it myself, haha. In the end, I requested after-sales service again, but they demanded the labor cost again because I didn't raise the issue on the same day? I haven't used Soomx since then, haha. I looked at the reviews and saw that if you leave a 5-star rating, you get a 20,000 won cashback... ㅠ So that's why everyone was praising them, haha. Has anyone else had an experience like mine?
