#리모델링하다생긴일 I boldly gave up on flooring to stay on track, but when I actually tore down the kitchen, I found that the space where the existing kitchen furniture used to be was actually concrete flooring. In the end, I couldn't even change the kitchen's layout. I realized that if I did the sink, induction cooktop, dishwasher cabinet, rice cooker cabinet, microwave cabinet, and film application separately, the cost difference wasn't that significant compared to replacing the entire kitchen! So, I decided to proceed with a full kitchen renovation, but it is a bit of a shame that I couldn't change the structure. Thinking about it now, I sometimes wonder, "Should I have done the flooring work too?" 🥲 I think the flooring would have cost around 3 to 4 million won, but if I had changed the kitchen layout as well, there would have been additional costs. In the end, I think the budget would have been significantly exceeded.
