#WhatHappenedDuringRemodeling We proceeded with the interior remodeling for our first newlywed home on a turnkey basis. Since it was our first time doing interior renovations, there were quite a few ups and downs... This is the 1️⃣ ‘Lighting’ section💡 We installed 3-inch downlights for all the lights. However, when we turned them off, there was a faint glow. With so many lights in the bedroom, it was really bothersome when trying to sleep. Apparently, this phenomenon can occur in older apartments. The solution was to replace all the stainless steel lights with plastic 3-inch downlights. The contractor only sent the lights and kept delaying the schedule, so in the end, my husband replaced them one by one🥲 Our bedroom is quite spacious, so it’s a bit of a shame that all those lights turn on at once. A contractor with good sense would have allowed us to turn the lights on in batches, but it is something we overlooked as well.
