While remodeling an older apartment, my budget was limited, so I couldn't do everything.☺️ So, I kept what was absolutely necessary and boldly compromised on what needed to be compromised.✨️ 👉 I minimized carpentry work so that the low ceilings wouldn't look cramped. The floor space is spacious, and minimizing carpentry also reduces costs. 👉 Although it was recommended to extend the space by opening up the kitchen balcony, I maintained the existing structure. Instead, I meticulously planned the flow of movement, and I was much more satisfied than I expected. 👉 Door replacement (something I made sure to include) Since the doors featured intricate molding, the film estimate was higher than anticipated. In cases like this, replacement is cheaper. 👉 Hugent + Hatz Tioram (I compromised; there is quite a price difference. I chose based only on the features needed for my home, and Tioram is also excellent.)
