I received a moving quote. Since I plan to get rid of a large amount of furniture like sofas, display cabinets, and mattresses, I expected a reasonable 5 tons. However, the average came out to 6 tons, and sometimes as much as 7.5 tons, so even with storage moving, the cost exceeded 5 million won. It really snapped me back to reality, and I’m currently organizing every corner of my house. I’ve mobilized everything from Carrot Market (a Korean online marketplace) and sharing with acquaintances to waste disposal stickers, and I’m spending my days throwing away what needs to be thrown away and organizing. Among them, I’ve listed the items that absolutely must be sorted out because they are connected to my energy. ✔️ Broken 🥣, cracked 🍵 → These are the dishes that must be disposed of first because they are said to prevent the flow of wealth from being fully contained. ✔️ Unworn 👕👖 → I am emptying them out because they are said to harbor energy that doesn't align with my current self. ✔️ Uncomfortable 👟👞 → They say they continue to drag in time and energy that have already passed. ✔️ Unused bedding → Since these items affect my body and rest, I plan to throw away anything I don't use before I move. Because each item has its own meaning like this, I find myself throwing things away more easily than before. Clothes I wore in my 20s but no longer fit my style, Shoes I kept out of familiarity even though they were uncomfortable every time I wore them—I plan to boldly throw them away and buy new ones with a fresh mindset after moving(?)🖤 ———————————————————— @dayandhome If you are curious about stories of my home maintenance, ‘Follow’🤍 If there is someone you want to share this with, ‘Share’🤳 ‘Save’ so you don't forget🔒 ———————————————————— #Moving #이사준비 #콘수프필름
