I replaced my #refrigeratororganizers with transparent containers that are visible, and since #organizingtherefrigerator, I can see all the ingredients at a glance, so I've been using them up faster👩🏻‍🍳 They were affordable, keep things from getting soggy, and stack, so I highly, highly recommend them as a #foodstorageitem! I've also been using #Maristeiger's #electricgrinder for years now and it works great! It's so convenient to be able to grind whole peppercorns and Himalayan salt with one hand, and it doesn't take up much space, so it's awesome! Today's #refrigeratorclearancedish is Napa cabbage, duck, and mushroom stew! Although it's a #supersimpledish that just involves slicing and microwaving, serving it in a pretty #Staub dish makes it feel like a proper meal! The size I used is a bit on the large side, but I actually like it because it holds plenty of ingredients, and it's really convenient since it works in the microwave, air fryer, and oven. Above all, it's a #selfieitem that boosts self-sufficiency only if it reduces dishwashing!
