What kind of food container is this? 👀 You know how often we use stainless steel food containers when preparing ingredients. But the containers I used to use usually just had lids, so I'd only really cover them up. I always ended up being careful, worried that something might leak. 🥲 However, this is a stainless steel container that seals completely with just a light tap of a finger! You can close the lid with a light press and it opens with a single touch. Since the contents don't spill even if you turn it upside down or shake it, it's highly versatile; you can use it not only as a food preparation container but also as a storage container. The material is also top-grade 316 stainless steel, the same used in medical devices. So, even when storing salty foods like kimchi, braised beef, or marinated meat, I really love that I don't have to worry about corrosion, discoloration, or odors. I also liked that you don't have to go through the hassle of removing polishing agents, so you can use it right away after just washing it haha. Even though it's a stainless steel tray, the lid is transparent, so you can check what's inside without opening it while it's in the refrigerator. If you use it with a portioning container, you can separate the ingredients into compartments to keep them from mixing even within the same tray, making organizing side dishes and vegetables much neater 😉 I use it especially often when marinating meat. Usually, to make LA galbi, you have to drain the blood, wash the meat, make the marinade separately, and transfer it to a container to marinate—you need at least three bowls, right? lol... With this, you don't need to do any of that. You can drain the blood with this, marinate the meat right away, close the lid, and put it in the refrigerator—that's it! Marinating about 1kg of meat in size 7 is just right! You can also store leftover delivery food like tteokbokki or fried food in it. When you want to eat it, simply remove the lid and place the stainless steel tray directly into the air fryer.
