#한여름디저트 1. Myeongran Pasta, my first attempt at making it. Since the pollack roe balances the flavor, it was delicious even without adding any extra seasoning. The peperoncino cuts through the richness, and it's done just by adding the pasta and grating some cheese! 2. Peach Burrata Cheese Sandwich When it comes to summer fruit, nothing beats peaches. How can peaches be so pretty, both in appearance and name? Bake sourdough bread in olive oil, top with burrata cheese and peaches, sprinkle with pepper, and it's done! It's refreshing and tasty when you have no appetite. 3. Tomato Soup If you blend the "Witch's Soup" I tried making after a friend recommended it in a blender, it becomes tomato soup haha. Try to regain your appetite this summer with this tangy tomato soup. 4. Cold Pasta This is the cold pasta I made a lot this summer. Mix olive oil, pepper, allulose, white balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice, add chopped onions and arugula, and stir well to complete the sauce. Just pour it over cooked pasta, and you're done. It's convenient and really delicious. 5. Corn You can't leave out corn when it comes to summer desserts. I saw someone eating corn with a fork on Instagram and thought it was fun, so I ate even more enthusiastically haha. 6. Watermelon You can't leave out watermelon when it comes to summer fruits! I beat the sweltering heat this summer with watermelon haha. #DiningRoom #홈브런치 #홈카페 #명란파스타 #홈쿡 #콜드파스타 #토마토수프 #복숭아샌드위치
