This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. Stenny is all the rage these days for its stainless frying pans that don't require polishing compound removal! I've finally made my debut with them too 😍 I've been switching from coated pans to stainless steel pans one by one for health reasons, but starting with polishing compound removal every time was actually quite a hassle. However, I was even more excited to try Steny because I heard it is not only polish-free but also has excellent heat conductivity. The Steny Polish-Free 5-Ply Wonder Hands 5-Piece Set was really great for use in a small kitchen because the handles are detachable. Removing the handles allows you to stack the pans and pots for storage, reducing space usage and making it convenient to store in the refrigerator or cupboards. The handles also feature a one-touch simple locking mechanism, so they can be attached or detached in just one second with a press, making cooking effortless. Another advantage is that the 5-ply structure ensures heat is distributed evenly throughout, not just across the bottom. After actually using it, the thermal conductivity was truly better than expected! In particular, the 18cm pot is the perfect size for cooking about two servings of ramen, but a whole young chicken fits right inside, making it great for quickly boiling Samgyetang (chicken soup). I was surprised to see how quickly the broth boiled, even at the low temperatures of the induction cooktop, compared to the stainless steel pot I used previously. Cooking time was shortened, but the flavor became even deeper👏🏻👏🏻 For soup dishes, the pouring rim made it even more convenient to pour out the liquid neatly without it spilling to the sides. It can be used on all heat sources, including induction, gas stoves, and ceramic hobs, and thanks to its clean design characteristic of stainless steel, it fits perfectly in the "metal-terior" kitchens that I like these days.
